Why Your VIP Offer Isn’t Selling—And How to Fix It

A little while back, I realized something powerful:
The clients I worked most closely with—those in my VIP offer—were also the ones who stuck around longer and got the best results. So why wasn’t I guiding more people toward that experience?
The answer was in how I was positioning my offers.
Your Pricing Sends a Message
When you have a wide price gap between tiers—say, $500 vs. $3,000—you’re not creating a “Which one?” decision. You’re creating a “Yes or no?” moment… and most people default to no.
That’s why it’s not just about having a higher-tiered or VIP offer—it’s about how you position it.
Whether you want to encourage more upgrades or streamline your own workflow, your pricing strategy has to align with both your customer’s decision-making process and your business goals.

- You’re feeling burned out doing extra support without extra pay
- Most people choose the lower tier, even though the VIP offer is better for them
- You’re delivering high-touch services at low-touch prices
Flip the Script on Your VIP Offer
Here’s what worked for me with the Pre-Launch Plan Program
- I pulled personalized edits out of the base program
- I added them to the VIP offer only
- I adjusted my price points so the upgrade felt like a no-brainer
Instead of draining myself offering VIP-level support to everyone, I created a clear, elevated experience—and positioned it so the right people would say yes.
Start by Asking Yourself:
- What do I want more of—VIP clients or lower-tier priced students?
- How can I shift the pricing to make that choice easier?
- What can I remove from the standard offer to protect my time and energy?
