Great question! On average, about 3-5 hours a week to listen/watch the modules, do any activities associated with the curriculum, and come to the Coaching + Editing Calls.
The videos/modules are set up to be quick and to the point.
Also, there are implementation weeks built in where you can have a little breathing space, catch up, or take the week off!

I teach the lessons every other week.
