One thing I learned or discovered inside PPP was that there’s a way to connect with your audience before your launch that will “prime” them to purchase. Just how important VOC is. Although I know this, I’ve had a challenging time wrapping my head around it.
Now as a result of taking PPP, I now have a structure for content outside my launch cycles. I have a dedicated document for VOC; a calendar I can easily follow, taking the guesswork out of “what am I supposed to talk about now??”

Our show-up rates jumpted back up and we more than doubled our conversions.
I’ve been launching since 2013, and our launch process had been working for us for years, making millions. But we started to notice that attendance, email open rates, and show-up rates were going down and down, until we were down to around 6% show-ups. Each launch, we kept having to increase our ad spend to keep up with the decrease in attendance, and that’s when I decided to jump into the Pre Launch Plan Program.

In the past, I felt like I had an idea of what pre-launch could do, but wasn’t 100% confident on how to execute it for myself or my clients. I may honestly never need to have a hard core launch.
I joined the Pre-Launch Plan Program because I knew I needed a more strategic approach to launching without feeling the pressure to send a bazillion sales emails and do things that aren’t my style (like “doors are open!” and “I’ve just added a new bonus!”).
Inside the program I discovered pre-launching is what was missing from my sales process. The planning and strategy that goes into developing a pre-launch plan *almost* guarantees successful execution and increased results.
